This Kyakkere carnival cookies, also called Frappe or sfrappole bake all Italian pastry carnival days in February. In the streets people walk in carnival costumes, theatrical performances are held, comes a lot of tourists. All this fun is accompanied by delicious traditional biscuits that adults wash down sweet wine, and the kids juice. The taste resembles Kyakkere firewood, but — after a little different in the way of preparation. The thinner you roll out the dough, the crisper turn cookies. Cookie gets a lot, but still the whole family we ate it very quickly, very much it pupyrchatoy, crispy and delicious:)
Flour — 450 g (it took me 300 g)
Butter — 30 g
The wine Marsala — 100ml
Sugar — 3 tablespoons

Baking powder — 1 teaspoon

1. Mix the butter with the sugar, salt, baking powder and eggs. Pour the milk and add the sifted flour, knead a soft dough does not stick.
