Mussels cooked in this recipe, have fun, sweet and unusual taste. I left the mussels in the refrigerator overnight, they are very well marinated and had a rich, wonderful flavor. Pickled onions goes well with mussels so I did not expect what you get is so delicious! Marinade is just wonderful, I think it is possible to pickle and shrimp:).
Media — 500 g
onion — 300 g
Soy sauce — 6 tablespoons
The juice of 1 lemon
Honey — 1 tablespoons
Salt and pepper — 1 pinch
ground coriander — 1 pinch
Nutmeg — 1 pinch
1. In a saucepan, bring water to the boil and pour the mussels. Boil in boiling water for 3 minutes, we shift them into a colander and give to drain the fluid. Then, remove the mussels from the dark — green beam under the black tab (pictured it still is).
2. Onions cut into half rings, and sprinkled with a little lemon juice
3. In a saucepan, mix all ingredients for the filling and heat over low heat. Remove from the heat, add the mussels with onions and leave to cool at room temperature. Then send in the refrigerator for several hours (overnight ray) and can be fed. While marinating it is necessary to stir the mussels so that they marinated evenly.
