I love to cook unusual soups. This soup is very nourishing, nutritious, tender and delicious. Corn prdaet interesting sweetish note. The soup is very easy to prepare and requires little effort.
Corn — 200 g
onion — 1
The bacon or ham — 100 g
Chicken broth (or water ) — 2 cups
Milk — 1 cup
Potatoes — 2
Flour — 1 tablespoons
Butter — 25 g
1. Onions cut into cubes. In a skillet melt the butter and fry the onion until transparent. Add the chopped ham.
2. Fry until golden brown. Add the flour, stir and stirring constantly, for 1 minute warm up.
3. Then pour the broth and milk and bring the mixture to a boil. Potatoes cut into small cubes and add, along with corn soup, cook for 15 minutes over low heat. Salt, pepper to taste and leave to infuse, covered, for 20 minutes. When serving sprinkle with herbs. Bon Appetit!
