This recipe I found Julia la perla, for which she thanks a lot. Salad is very simple, quick to prepare, summer and fresh.
Peaches (large) — 2
Sweet pepper — 2
Ham — 150 g
Parsley (finely chopped) — 2 sprigs
Vegetable oil — 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice — 1 tablespoons
Ginger (root) — 2 cm
Salt — to taste
Chili — to taste
1. The peaches and peppers and cut my same pieces.
2. ham cut into the same way. Ginger and parsley finely chopped, add to the salad. Refill the salad with lemon juice, vegetable oil, add salt and pepper. Gently stir the salad, send in the refrigerator for 10 — 15 minutes and can be served.
