French toast with apricots

Today, I’m pleased for breakfast my family delicious flavored French toast with apricots. Recipe found Mary mariha_kitchen, thank her very much! Good morning begins with breakfast :) sunlight, be sure to entertain them my family!


Ingredients

  • The bread for toast — 8 slices
  • chicken egg — 1
  • Cinnamon — 2 pinches
  • Milk — 2 \ 3 tbsp.
  • The sugar — 4 tablespoons
  • Butter
  • Apricots:
  • Apricots — 4 — 6
  • Sugar — 4 tablespoons
  • Water — 8 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon — 2 sticks
  • Note

  • 1. apricots my, remove the bones and cut into slices.
  • 2. In a skillet Warms water, add sugar, cinnamon and apricots. Cook until apricots are tender and the syrup thickens, remove from heat.
  • 3. Milk mix with egg, sugar and cinnamon. In a frying pan warm up butter. Dipping the bread in the egg mixture and fry on both sides. When a spread on toast dish, and spread on top of the apricots and pour the syrup. Serve with warm toast.
