I was only 100 g marzipan, so I made a small candy to get them a little more. As a result, I got 14 delicious candy, but ideally, candy should be a little more, the size of a walnut. Instead, you can use different cherries candied fruit and nuts, especially tasty nuts in caramel:).
Chocolate — 100 g
Marzipan — 200 g
Cherry (canned or dried) — 15 — 20
Amaretto liqueur or brandy — 4 tablespoons

2. recline cherry on a sieve and were dried. From marzipan pinch off a small piece, mash, put a cherry in the center of the ball and roll down. Candy easiest form with wet hands. We spread candy on the plate and give them marzipan to dry for 1 hour.
3. melt the chocolate in a water bath and dip into it a teaspoon of candy and lay out on a plate. You can insert into each candy skewers for easy chocolate coating. We send candy for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
