The recipe for this jam, I found at La perla, for it is an enormous gratitude. Amaretto di Saronno is recommended not to replace anything, because he has his own special flavor. Jam turns out just magically delicious, you can have just spoons :). So that makes it a little more, if you love everything chocolate! :). Jam can be ground in a blender if you like a uniform and smooth jam, but you can leave a peach slices, take your pick.

1. Peaches coarsely chopped and put into a saucepan. Add the Amaretto, sugar, stir and leave your hands for the night.
2. In the morning we cook the jam for 20 minutes on low heat and leave. In the evening sifted cocoa jam, boil for 5 minutes (stirring constantly with a wooden spoon and removing the foam) and then leave until morning. If you want a uniform jam, then grind it in a blender at this stage. In the morning boil jam 15 minutes on low heat and poured into sterilized jars.
