The Egg — 4
Sugar — 170 g
Natural plain yogurt — 200 ml
Flour — 240 g
Baking powder — 2 teaspoons
Cinnamon — 1 teaspoons
Ginger (dried) — 1 teaspoons
Butter — 100 g
Vanilla sugar — 2 teaspoons
Apples — 4 — 6
Cranberry (or cranberries) — 150 g
Sugar, mixed with cinnamon — 1 tablespoons
Orange peel — 1 handful
1. melt the butter over low heat and warm up for 2 minutes, cool. Whisk eggs and sugar in a thick white foam, add the butter, yogurt and orange zest.
2. flour, baking powder, cinnamon and ginger mix and sift into the batter.
3. spread the dough into the laid paper baking form. My apples, peeled and cut into thin slices. We spread them on the dough.
4. washed and sprinkled with cranberries. Sprinkle cake with cinnamon sugar and send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 — 25 minutes.
