This recipe I found in a blog Irina Chadeevoy for a contest on the theme «Recipes childhood.» My choice fell on the pie, because the long — long time they often indulged my mother. I want to say that the cake is very simple, but with my twist. It consists in that the shortbread dough is prepared in the yolks, and proteins that give it lightness and softness as compared with that prepared for the yolks. Many thanks to Irene for being reminded that this recipe now and I will please my daughter this gentle wonderful cake :)

For a diameter of 23 to 26 cm

Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • Flour — 220 g
  • Powdered sugar — 60 g
  • The butter (room temperature) — 150 g
  • Egg protein — 2
  • Vanilla pod — 0. 5
  • Fill:
  • Sour cream (fat) — 300 g
  • The egg yolk — 3
  • Sugar — 75 g
  • Starch — 40 g
  • Vanilla pod — 0. 5
  • Note

  • 1. Butter, beat with powdered sugar. Add the vanilla seeds and stir. Add 2 protein room temperature and flour dough mix.
  • 2. We spread it in a greased with butter form and level. We send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 12 minutes.
  • 3. At this time, beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla seeds.
  • 4. Add the starch, stir, add the sour cream and pour on the hot dough. We send in the oven and bake for 40 — 50 minutes at 170 degrees. Cooled cake in shape and can be served!
