Brita Christmas - Cake

I want to share with you a recipe for Christmas, which, in turn, shared Anya. The cake was very tasty, spicy and fragrant, like all the recipes :) Anya. Although, of course, sorry that is too small — flew for 10 minutes :)

Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • The butter (room temperature) — 125 g
  • Flour — 90 g
  • Sugar — 85 g
  • The egg yolk — 2
  • Milk — 100 ml
  • Baking powder — 2 teaspoons
  • Cinnamon — 0. 5 teaspoons
  • Ginger — 0. 5 teaspoons
  • Meringue:
  • Egg protein — 2
  • Sugar — 125 g
  • Vanilla sugar — 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon — 0. 5 teaspoons
  • almond petals — 3 tablespoons
  • Cream:
  • Cream (33%) — 200 ml
  • Cheese — 200 g
  • Cranberry — 150 g
  • lingonberry jam — 100 ml
  • Cinnamon — 1 pinch
  • Note

  • 1. Butter whisk with sugar. Continuing to whisk, add the egg yolks one at a time. In a separate container, mix the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and ginger. In line with the milk mixture is added to the oil side.
  • 2. spread the dough in a greased with butter form. Protein whisk in a solid foam, gradually add the sugar and cinnamon. We spread the meringue batter and do not flatten it. Sprinkle with almond petals.
  • 3. We send in a preheated 175 degree oven for 20 minutes. Korzh ready to give to cool completely and cut into 2 parts so as to obtain two equal parts with meringue. To prepare the cream, beat the cream in a lush foam, add the cheese, lingonberries, lingonberry jam and cinnamon, stir. At the bottom lay the whole biscuit cream, cover the second Korzh, sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with berries cranberries. Cut the cake into squares and serve.
