Cheese cakes — my passion, so I could not pass this recipe. In addition, to prepare the strudel is very simple and takes little time. Puff pastry — 300 g
Cheese — 250 g
chicken egg — 1
Milk — 250 ml
Semolina — 2 tablespoons
vanilla pudding (or starch + Vanilla) — 18 g
Sugar — 120 g
A handful of raisins berries or — at the request
1. In a saucepan, mix milk, semolina pudding, sugar and, stirring constantly, warmed up to boiling point. Remove from the heat and give cool. Cottage cheese mix with egg.
2. Mix with breast mass and raisins. Dough is rolled into the bed, spread cheese filling. Leveling and turn to roll. We spread the loaf on a baking grease milk or beaten egg and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 — 30 minutes.
