For the third consecutive year I discover more and more new dessert soups. It has long wanted to try the strawberry soup, and I recently found a recipe that suits me all the criteria. Delicious soup, despite the fact that the structure is very simple and banal. The highlight of this recipe is, how wonderful, luxurious taste and aroma has this dessert after 30 to 60 minutes after cooking. There is no doubt that it is — the best way to freshen up a bit in the summer, to be fed with vitamins and indulge in a wonderful taste. If you use chocolate drops, the soup becomes very funny look, but, unfortunately, we are not for sale.
Strawberry — 500 g
Mint — 1 bunch
yogurt or yogurt — 1 cup
Milk — 1 cup
Maple syrup (can substitute honey) — 3 — 4 tablespoons
a handful of chocolate crumbs — 1
