Today I cooked soup with blue cheese Dor, this combination I liked back in the cake, but in the form of soup, it was revealed on the other side. Soup — simply delicious! The flesh of pumpkin — 800 g
200 ml cream
250 ml broth (meat or vegetable)
100 g cheese DorBlu
salt — 0.5 teaspoons
50 g butter
Freshly ground pepper — to taste
1. Pumpkin my purified from the seeds and cut into cubes of 1 cm. In a saucepan melt the butter and fry the pumpkin 5 minutes.
2. Then pour the broth, add salt, reduce heat and cook the pumpkin, covered for 20 minutes. Then grind the pumpkin in a blender, return to low heat, pour in the cream and bring to a boil. If desired, season with salt soup a little more. Remove from the heat and pour on the plates. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and place on top of a few pieces of cheese DorBlu. Bon Appetit!
