Pumpkin pie and DorBlu

And another recipe with pumpkin! At this time, a savory cake (or tarts in my case) with pumpkin and cheese Dor Blue. You can use your favorite blue cheese, or whatever, if you do not like it. Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • 100 g butter (cold)
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds (peeled and chopped)

  • Filling:
  • 180 g Gorgonzola
  • 300 grams of pumpkin pulp
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1 Art. l. pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoons butter
  • Note

  • 1. To prepare the dough butter cut into cubes, put in a blender bowl with the flour and salt and grind to form crumbs. Add a little water and knead the dough. We roll down the dough into a ball and send in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
  • 2. Pumpkin cut into cubes or slices, cheese chop. We distribute the dough in shape, forming a side, lay out a pumpkin, lubricating oil and sprinkle with oregano. We send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes. Then spread on pumpkin cheese, sprinkle with sunflower seeds, and bake another 25 minutes. Ready pie cool for a little bit. Serve it warm.
