Recently I was very fond of cooking porridge in sweet form, they appeared to me in a new light :). Today I want to share with you a recipe for a very tasty rice porridge with sweet orange peel and cinnamon. For this recipe, you can take your favorite variety of rice, I personally love the round. Rice porridge on this recipe gives a very aromatic, with a rich flavor. I advise you to try!:)
70 g rice
100 ml cream
600 ml milk
orange peel 0.5
Vanilla sugar, cinnamon — to taste
1. remove the zest of an orange. Figure wash, pour the milk, add the zest and sugar. Cook porridge to simmer for an hour, stirring constantly. Then add the cream and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Spread pudding on plates, sprinkle with cinnamon and orange zest. Bon Appetit!
