Nevertheless, I have to carve out some time to bring you a very simple, but very tasty dessert, which is suitable for a festive table for a normal everyday day. I’m a big fan of white chocolate, so use it, but you can safely use milk chocolate, if you do not like white. Strawberries can also be replaced by a cherry or raspberry, but I loved it strawberries in this version, it brings fresh, summer touch. Prepared this dessert is easy and fast, and the result will please everyone. By connecting the different temperatures, textures and flavors, dessert becomes a unique and original taste. 240 g frozen strawberries
200 g of powdered sugar
400 ml of milk (3 — 6%)
2 teaspoons potato starch (or 4 teaspoons corn)
120 g white chocolate
300 ml heavy cream (30%)
1. thawed strawberries, but not entirely, add 100 grams of powdered sugar and ground in a blender to puree the state. Cream whisk with the remaining 100 grams of powdered sugar.
2. Milk mixed with starch, put on low heat, stirring constantly, bring almost to a boil and remove from heat. Chocolate break into small pieces and add to the milk, stir. The cups decompose strawberry puree, then carefully pour the mixture with chocolate and decorate with whipped cream. This can be done by using a syringe or a cooking spoon.
