Tartarus — a popular type of snack, which is prepared from fresh fish or raw meat. I am not yet ready for such experiments, and here is a simple version I really liked. Tartarus is preparing for a few minutes, and the taste is just wonderful — light and zesty. I’m sure I’ll make this snack in the list of festive dishes:).
1 pc. Herring with a / c
50 g green onions
1 ripe avocado
3 tablespoons olive oil
The juice of 1 lemon
Dill, freshly ground black pepper
Lettuce for decoration — on request
1. Herring peeled and bones, remove the entrails and sliced ??into small cubes. Green onions and tomato finely chop and mix in a bowl with herring. Avocado cut in half, remove the pulp with a spoon and cut into cubes.
2. To prepare the filling, mix the olive oil with the lemon juice, pepper and chopped dill. Pour a mixture of vegetables and herring sauce, stir. On a plate lay lettuce leaves, they set the ring and lay it tartare. The ring is removed, decorate with chives and serve. Bon Appetit!
