Salad of white and wild rice with cranberries and grapes

Ingredients

  • Rice (wild (tsitsaniya water, wild rice)) — 100 g
  • salt
  • Rice (long) — 150 g
  • Cranberry (dry) — 60 g
  • vinegar (red wine) — 2 tbsp.
  • Olive oil — 2 tbsp.
  • orange peel — 0.5 tsp.
  • pepper (black pepper) — 0.25 tsp.
  • Grapes (red, each berry is cut in half) — 300 g
  • Celery stemmed — 2 pcs
  • Parsley (fresh) — 2 tbsp.

  • Pecan (roasted) — 60 g

  • Description

    Cook wild rice according to package directions, adding 1/2 teaspoon salt. At the same time boil the instructions on the package of long white rice, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
