Salad of roasted potatoes, beans and cheese

Ingredients

  • shallot — 16 pcs
  • Potatoes (red, brown) — 900 g
  • Salt — 1 tsp.
  • Olive oil — 3 tbsp.
  • Green Beans — 225 g
  • Lemon juice — 1 tbsp.
  • Cheese (Danish blue or dolchelatte) — 30 g

  • Description
