Veal chops with potatoes

Ingredients

  • veal chops — 1.5 kg
  • Garlic — 2 cloves
  • Parsley (chopped) — 3 tbsp.
  • Butter — 50 g
  • Olive oil — 6 tbsp.
  • White wine (dry) — 50 ml
  • Potatoes — 750 g
  • salt
  • Pepper

  • Description

    warm oven to 210 C (thermostat 7). Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Peel the potatoes and cut lengthwise into 2 parts, then thick slices lengthwise. Rinse and pat dry. Put a single layer in a mold and pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes

    Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet and add the butter. Fry veal for 3 minutes on each side over high heat, then reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes, turning regularly. Salt and pepper. Put the veal on a warmed dish.

    In the remaining sauce to cook for 2 minutes, stirring, garlic and parsley, then pour in the white wine and stir well again.

    Pour the sauce the meat and serve with potatoes.
