Skewers sate sauce

Ingredients

  • Beef — 500 g
  • Garlic — 2 cloves
  • Ginger (fresh) — 25 g
  • shallot — 1 pc
  • cumin — 1 tbsp.
  • Coriander (grain) — 1 tbsp.
  • Sugar — 3 pinches
  • Soy sauce — 2 tbsp.
  • Refined vegetable oil — 1 tbsp.

  • Peanuts — 100g
  • Garlic — 1 clove
  • shallot — 1 pc
  • Pepper (capsicum, red) — 1 / 2 pod

    Beat in a blender the garlic, ginger, shallots, coriander, sugar, salt, pepper and soy sauce.
