Sticks with parsnips and Parmesan

Ingredients

  • Pasternak (root) (purified) — 3 pcs

  • Parmesan cheese (grated) — 2 handfuls

  • Description

    Cut the parsnips sprouts into thin strips. Hold them for one minute in salted boiling water. Then drain the water.

    Put a sheet of pre-thawed puff pastry on a cutting table. With pastry brush, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with Parmesan and cayenne pepper. Then cut the dough lengthwise into two parts and each of them — another three across. As a result, each sheet of dough you should have six identical rectangles.

    In the corner of each slice, place a slice of parsnip and roll tube. Put rolls on a greased baking sheet. Also, lubricate them with oil, sprinkle with salt and bake in the oven at 200 C for 20 minutes.

    The dish can be eaten immediately or reheat later.
