Hearts filled with jam

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour — 125 g
  • Butter — 150 g
  • Sugar — 60 g
  • Almonds (ground) — 125 g
  • Eggs — 1 pc
  • Vanilla sugar — 1 package
  • salt — 1 pinch
  • Jem (thick)
  • Powdered sugar — 2-3 tbsp.

  • Description

    1. Rub the flour in the softened butter. Separate the white from the yolk. The yolk, add to the flour and butter. Add sugar, salt, almonds, vanilla sugar and knead the dough until smooth. Take in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

    2. Roll out the dough 5mm thick on a floured surface. Special molds hearts cut out.

    3. Take half hearts and molds smaller cut them midway. Then, cut out hearts with grease midway egg white and gently place it on the whole.

    4. Heat the oven to 175 C. Baking brush with butter (or use baking paper). Bake the cookies for 10 minutes.
