Everyday version of a hearty lunch or dinner: simple, pretty fast and delicious
For chicken mini schnitzels:
1. Fillet lightly beat off, and cut into small pieces or strips. Bread crumbs mixed with sesame seeds on a plate.
2. In another bowl pour a little flour, salt and pepper, mix well. In a separate bowl, beat eggs. Sliced ??roll in flour, shake off excess and dip in the egg, then breaded in a mixture of bread crumbs and sesame seeds.
3. In a frying pan to dissolve the butter and fry the meat in small batches, for 2-3 minutes on each side, until cooked. Spread on paper towels.
For potato Slovak:
1. Heat oven to 210 degrees. Peel the potatoes and cut in half (lengthways). Put the potato halves on a cutting board and cut down to make cross-cuts, before reaching the end. In a bowl mix the breadcrumbs, paprika and grated cheese.
2. Put on a baking sheet baking paper and grease it with vegetable oil (you can use ovenproof baking dish).
3. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet cut down, brush with melted butter and place in oven. Half an hour later again lubricate the potatoes with melted butter, season with salt and sprinkle with a mixture of bread crumbs, grated cheese and paprika. Bake for 15 minutes or as long as it should not yet flushed. Serve immediately.
