Ingredients

  • Curd fat (18%) — 250 g
  • Butter — 70 g
  • Quail eggs (yolks) — 2 pcs
  • Sugar — 50 g
  • Smetana a 20% fat — 30 g
  • Vanilla — 1 pinch
  • Raisins — 20 g

    In a separate bowl, beat with a mixer cheese, butter (softened), sugar, egg yolks quail.
