Ice Cream

Ingredients

for ice cream

  • Chocolate (praline) — 400 g
  • Butter — 50 g
  • Cream (room temperature ) — 100 ml
  • Cream (deeply refrigerated) — 250 ml
  • Eggs (protein) — 3 pcs
  • Vanilla sugar — 1 package
  • The sugar — 1 tbsp.
  • salt — 1 pinch
  • To decorate

  • jam (cherry) — 1 bank
  • Cream (deeply refrigerated) — 150 ml

  • Description

    Melt in the microwave oven at full power chocolate for 2.5 minutes, add butter, mix well.

    Beat 250 ml chilled cream with vanilla sugar. Connect with melted chocolate. Beat egg whites in a loosely foam. Add the sugar and salt, beat again and connect with the chocolate mixture. Pour into a cone-shaped molds, cover with cling film and store in the freezer. Frozen cones put on a plate, pour the chilled cream and cherry jam.
