Horns with strawberry dessert

Ingredients

  • Butter (softened) — 70 g
  • Powdered sugar — 100 g
  • Eggs (protein) — 3 pcs
  • Wheat flour — 100 g
  • Pistachio (unsalted crushed) — 50 g
  • For cream

  • Cream — 300 ml
  • Vanilla sugar — 50 g
  • Strawberries — 50 g

  • Description

    Oil beat with a mixer, then add the sugar. Continuing to whisk, add the egg whites and flour in small portions. Warm up the oven to 210 C (thermostat 7). Make a cone of cardboard. Wrap it with foil. Put the dough on a baking sheet. Cut out round discs with a diameter of 12 cm and sprinkle with pistachios. Bake until golden brown. Carefully remove from the pan and wrap around the horn. After 2 minutes, remove the foil and cardboard.

    Chilled Beat cream with vanilla sugar in a solid foam. Take in the refrigerator. Wash strawberries and cut into slices. Mix the cream, fill the horns and serve immediately.
