Pike perch with mushroom sauce

Ingredients

  • Pike (fillet) — 4 slices of 250 g
  • White mushrooms, dried — 60 g
  • White mushrooms, fresh — 4 piece
  • Potatoes — 400 g
  • Onions — 1 pc
  • Cream — 4 tbsp.
  • Butter — 240 g
  • Powdered sugar — 1 pinch

    Dried mushrooms soak for 12 hours in a large volume of water, then drain and chop the mushrooms into large chunks. Water strain, bring to a boil.
