Description
4 carrots peel and crush using a grater with medium holes of a food processor. Put in a bowl, add 1 egg, a little fresh ginger and a pinch of grated nutmeg. Pass through a grater with large holes combine 1 onion, add to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper and stir.
