Ingredients

  • Butter — 120 g
  • Sugar — 100 g
  • salt — 2 pinches
  • Eggs — 2 pcs
  • Wheat flour — 150 g
  • Baking powder — 1 tsp.
  • Vanilla (or cinnamon)
  • cream (whipping) — 0.5 L
  • Powdered sugar — 2 tbsp.

    Pour the batter on the cups and bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C until golden brown cupcakes. Let cool, decorate with whipped cream (0.5 liter chilled whipping cream with whisk 2 tablespoons powdered sugar), stained with food coloring.
