Seafood with Saffron

Ingredients

  • Media — 1 kg
  • Shrimp (boiled) — 500 g
  • Shellfish (cooked any others) — 500 g
  • Saffron (ground) — 2 pinches
  • For the sauce

  • The egg yolk — 1 pc
  • Mustard — 0.5 tsp.
  • Olive oil — 200 ml
  • Lemon juice — 1 tbsp.
  • Garlic — 1 clove
  • Saffron (ground) — 4 pinches
  • Features

  • Preparation time: 10 minutes
  • Serving temperature: Room temperature
  • Description

    Media wash, add to the pan, sprinkle with saffron and heat over low heat for 5 minutes until they unfold. Remove from heat and cool.

    Prepare the sauce:mustard, saffron and egg yolks connect in the bowl, add salt, stir and allow to stand for 5 minutes, whisking whisk mass, pour the olive oil. Add the lemon juice and crushed garlic clove. Put the seafood dish. Serve with sauce.
