Rice with shrimp and vegetables

Ingredients

  • Rice — 250 g
  • Ginger (root, fresh) — 1 cm
  • Onions — 2 onions
  • Garlic — 2 cloves
  • Broccoli — 400 g
  • Refined vegetable oil — 2 tbsp.
  • Shrimp (large, peeled) — 250 g
  • Soy sauce — 1 tbsp.

  • Description

    Base:washed rice add water 2 cm above the level of the croup. Add 0.5 tablespoons of vegetable oil, stir the rice, bring water to a boil, reduce the heat and cover the pan with a lid. Cook on low heat for 12-15 minutes, then remove from heat and soak rice for 10 minutes with the lid closed.

    Additive:onion cut into 8 pieces, ginger and garlic — small cubes. Broccoli divided into florets and legs cut into thin slices. Lightly fry in butter garlic, onion and ginger, add the broccoli stem and fry for one minute, stirring the mixture. Put florets and continue cooking for 1 minute, then add the shrimp and cook for 1 minute. Season the mixture with pepper, salt and soy sauce, then add the rice and stir plate. 295 kcal per serving
