    Fry nuts in the oven at 200 ° C. When they have cooled, grind them in a blender and mix with flour. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. In a separate bowl, mix the butter with the sugar (130 g) and add the egg yolks separated from whites. Separately, beat whites with the sugar residue.

    Enter into the melted chocolate mass from the first yolks with butter and sugar and mix everything thoroughly, and then in the same way, add the nuts with the flour. At the end, enter the beaten egg whites, gently stirring the dough in a circular motion, and from top to bottom.

    Put the resulting dough on a baking sheet with a round collar (diameter of about 24 cm) and put in the oven, preheated to 180 ° C, 60-70 minutes. Give the finished cake to cool slightly, then shift it onto a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Do not panic if it starts to sag and crack. This only give dessert charm.
