  • Description

fabulously delicious and tender — a great dessert option!

    1. Sift the flour in a bowl with salt. Add the eggs (3 egg yolks), and slowly pouring the milk and water, combine the flour. Then add the melted (not hot) butter and whisk or spoon whipped into a homogeneous mixture without lumps. If, however, formed lumps, rub the mixture through a sieve.

    2. Beat the whites to a froth, and gradually adding sugar, continue beating until smooth and shine. The fourth part of the foam add to the bowl and mix with the dough, and then enter the rest of the foam.

    3. The dough should not be used immediately, or it will go up in a frying pan or a bubble. It is advisable to put in the fridge for half an hour, or just give it a rest in a cool place. The mixture, after standing in the refrigerator may become thicker — as necessary dilute it with a small amount of milk.

    4. While the dough is resting, get stuffed. Heat the milk in a saucepan, add the sliced ??butter and sugar. Stir, bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add the nuts and stir well. If desired, add a little chopped orange peel. Cover and leave to one side.

    5. Pancakes fry, as usual, on both sides in a frying pan and a small diameter to retain heat.

    6. To prepare the chocolate sauce, bring the cream to a boil, remove from heat. Add the chopped chocolate, let it sit for a few minutes so that it softened, then stir well to form a smooth, shiny mixture. Pour in the brandy or your favorite liqueur and stir.

    7. How to apply: ready to roll pancakes triangles, put the stuffing inside, pour chocolate or orange sauce.
