Spring salad with chicken and bacon

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast (skinless) — 4 pcs
  • Lemon juice — 3 tbsp.
  • Garlic — 2 cloves
  • Sugar — 1/2 tbsp.
  • salt
  • Pepper (Black)
  • Green (inflorescence asparagus, green peas, green beans, young green beans) — large bowl
  • Lettuce — 1 head
  • Olive oil
  • Bacon — 4 strips
  • Mayonnaise — 2 tbsp. l.
  • Sour — 3 tbsp.
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) — 1 pinch

  • Description

    Mix two tablespoons of lemon juice with sugar, salt, pepper and crushed garlic clove. Marinate in the resulting mixture of sliced ??chicken breasts and set aside some time in their direction. Meanwhile, boil the water in a large saucepan and boil gently turn it tops of asparagus, green beans, beans and peas.
