Eggs and shiitake mushrooms oriental

Ingredients

  • Garlic — 2 cloves
  • Vegetable oil, refined,
  • Sesame oil — 1 tbsp.
  • Shiitake mushrooms ( oyster mushrooms) — 150 g
  • Soy Sauce
  • Asparagus (fresh or pickled) — 1 bunch
  • Beans Green (beans or peas in the pod) — 2 handfuls
  • green onions (the pen) (chopped) — 1 bunch
  • Eggs — 4 pcs
  • salt
  • Pepper
  • green peas (can be frozen) — 2 handfuls

  • Description

    How should heat the sesame oil with one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok, stirring constantly, fry it finely chopped garlic and shiitake mushrooms. Add a tablespoon of soy sauce, and, continuing to stir, cook on high heat until the liquid from the mushrooms has evaporated. Then add all the other ingredients (frozen vegetables pre problanshiruyte in boiling water and dry) and cook for another 45 seconds. Sprinkle with soy sauce and all the lay heaped on four warmed plates. Put on top of each fried egg and sit down at the table.
