Buckwheat cakes

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat — 250 g
  • Eggs — 3 pcs
  • Avocado — 3 pieces
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) — 100 g
  • Herbs — 2 tbsp.
  • sprouts (alfalfa) — 1 package
  • Lime juice — 3 tbsp.
  • Olive oil — 4 tbsp.
  • salt
  • Pepper

  • Description

    Buckwheat wash, cover with water, bring to a boil, boil for 5 minutes, then cover and let swell. Beat with a mixer with eggs, herbs and parmesan. Salt and pepper.

    Cut the avocado in half and remove seeds. Drizzle with lime juice and spread of alfalfa sprouts on top of the avocado. Lightly season with salt and pepper.

    Half of the amount of heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating. Pour the dough using a tablespoon so that to form a small cake pan. Fry for 5 minutes on each side. Add the oil periodically.

    Serve warm cakes with avocado.
