Semifredo

Ingredients

  • Eggs (yolk) — 4 pcs
  • Sugar — 140 g
  • The wine (Marsala) — 200 ml
  • Cream (chilled) — 500 ml
  • Chocolate (dark) — 200 g
  • Olive oil — 1 tbsp.

  • Description

    The yolks, sugar and Marsala whip in a water bath (water should be almost boiling) for 10 minutes to cool, stirring occasionally. The form of grease with butter and place parchment paper.
