Spinach salad with pears and pecans

Ingredients

  • Pecan (coarsely chopped) — 1/4 cup
  • Refined vegetable oil — 2 tbsp.
  • pears (peeled, remove core) — 3 pcs
  • Brown sugar — 1 tsp.
  • shallot (finely chopped) — 1 tbsp.
  • salt — 1 / 4 tsp.
  • pepper (freshly ground black) — 1/4 tsp.
  • Apple juice — 1/2 cup
  • Apple vinegar — 2 tsp.
  • Mustard (Dijon) — 1 tsp.
  • Spinach (fresh leaves) — 200g
  • Gorgonzola
  • Features

  • Description

    1. Toast nuts on medium heat (3 minutes), cool. In the same skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, add the peeled and sliced ??pears into small pieces, sprinkle brown sugar. No stirring, cook pears 5 minutes, until they are toasted on one side, then gently and quickly stir to melt the sugar pears. Transfer to a plate.
