Vegetable fritters with almonds

Ingredients

  • Squash (grate) — 3/4 stack.

  • Pumpkin (grate ) — 1 stack.
  • Almonds (ground) — 60 g
  • Parsley (finely chopped) — 1 tbsp.
  • Thyme (fresh) — 1 tsp.
