Melon Sorbet

Ingredients

  • Sugar — 1/2 stack.
  • Water — 1 stack.
  • Melon (pulp) — 350 g
  • Eggs (protein) — 2 pcs

    1. Prepare the sugar syrup. In a saucepan pour the sugar and cover with water and place over medium heat. Occasionally stir to dissolve the sugar completely.     3. Two cups of mashed papaya mix thoroughly with sugar syrup cooled down, add a tablespoon of lemon juice in a metal container, tightened its cling film, put in the freezer for about two hours (the weight must not completely freeze). If a little sauce remains, rub through a sieve — and then it will be possible to add to kremanki sorbet.

    4. A fork or whisk to whip proteins. Remove the form from the freezer, the contents of the shift in the processor, add the whites and whisk again. Return to the form and place in the freezer. You can freeze completely, but you can after a while to shake up again and only then finally freeze. Remove from the freezer 20 minutes before feeding.
