Rice pilaf

Ingredients

  • Long grain rice — 300 g
  • Coconut milk — 100 ml
  • Ham (jerked) — 250 g
  • Bouillon Chicken — 2 dice
  • Squash (with flowers or just a very young zucchini) — 6 ovaries
  • Sage — 12 leaves
  • Parsley — 6 sprigs
  • Mint — 3 sprigs
  • cheese — 100 g
  • Olive oil — 3 tbsp.
  • Pepper (peas, chopped) — 0.5 tsp.

  • Description

    Boil 0.75 liters of water with coconut milk and dissolved in a mixture of chicken broth cubes. Chop herbs.

    Half of the amount of heat the olive oil in a large saucepan, pour the rice, put grass. Fry Figure 3 minutes until transparent. Pour in the broth, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover. Cook for 18-20 minutes

    Cut the slices of ham and zucchini. Flowers by removing the pistils, cut into 4 pieces. Cheese grate. The rest of the olive oil in a skillet, heat: fry the ham in it, put it. In the same oil fry for 5 minutes, zucchini flowers, stirring constantly. Put the ham back into the skillet. The cooked rice, add cheese, ham and zucchini and stir. Garnish with zucchini flowers.
