Summer berry jelly

Ingredients

  • Strawberry — 150 g
  • Raspberry — 150 g
  • Blueberries (or black currant) — 150 g
  • Blackberry — 150 g
  • grape juice (no sugar) — 800 ml
  • Gelatin — 10 g
  • Features

  • Description

    1. Wash and dry the berries, remove the stalk, cut strawberry halves, if large. Mix all the fruit and place in a deep square or rectangular shape (dish). If you want to do a la carte jelly, spread the berries for dessert cups.

    2. 100 ml of juice, pour into a small bowl and soak the gelatine in it. In a bowl pour a larger volume of 300 ml of juice and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes on high mode. Sodden gelatine also bake in the microwave (30 seconds), until it is completely dissolved. Pour the juice with dissolved gelatin in a bowl with hot juice. Mix the juice with the remaining hot juice at room temperature (400 mL).

    3. Carefully pour 600 ml of fruit juice and chill in the refrigerator, uncovered, for half an hour. Then add the remaining juice in a dish and put in the refrigerator for 2-2.5 hours until complete solidification.

    4. To remove the finished jelly form, form drop for 10 seconds in hot water and then turn on the dish, which will serve dessert. Decorate jelly with mint leaves and serve with vanilla ice cream.
