Banana pancakes with figs

Ingredients

  • figs (fresh) — 8
  • Plum — 8
  • to test

  • Bananas (ripe) — 2 pcs
  • Milk — 210 ml
  • Eggs — 2 pcs
  • Wheat flour — 1 1/4 stack.
  • Baking powder — 1 tsp.
  • The sugar — 1 tbsp.
  • Almonds (ground) — 1/4 stack.
  • salt — 1 pinch
  • For the sauce

  • Orange juice (fresh) — 1/4 stack.
  • Brown sugar (light) — 3 tbsp.
  • Zest Orange

  • Description

    1. Mash the bananas with a fork to mash. Add polportsii milk and slightly beaten eggs. Mix. In a bowl sift flour, baking powder, salt, add sugar and ground almonds. In the center make a well and pour the remaining milk. Add banana-egg mixture and knead the dough.

    2. While the dough is resting, place the pan on the fire, pour into it a quarter of a glass of orange juice (natural, fresh), add 3 tablespoons light brown sugar, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and boil down minutes 5.

    Add orange zest, a little vanilla essence and dipped in sauce sliced ??plums: let a little and then release the juice. Then turn figs: send half after draining. Hold them in the sauce a minute, turn and remove the pan from the heat.

    3. Heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and spread a tablespoon of dough. When the dough starts to bubble, turn the pancakes and fry the other side.

    4. Ready to pour Pancake sour cream, warm fruit sauce, top with more inzhirin and plum slices.
