Ingredients

  • Sugar — 300 g
  • Water — 50 ml
  • Vegetable oil, refined,
  • Food colors (red, pink)

  • Description

    For the preparation of candy in the shape of a heart, you will need special molds having a shape.

    Molds grease with vegetable oil. In a saucepan with a thick bottom over low heat to heat the water with the sugar until it is completely melts, stirring constantly mass of a wooden spatula. Remove the pan from the heat, add coloring, stir and pour into molds, slide the wooden stick into each lollipop and leave to harden. Remove carefully after complete solidification.

    For a taste you can add a lot of sugar in the lemon juice, syrup from the fruit or berries, ground spices.
