Ingredients

  • Wheat flour — 4 stack.

  • Walnut nutmeg — 1 tsp.
  • The lemon (zest) — 1 pc
  • Orange (zest) — 1 piece
  • Raisins — 1 stack.

  • Wheat flour — 1/2 stack.
  • Water — 6 tbsp.
  • Sugar — 2 tbsp.

  • Description

    The yeast dissolve in warm milk with a spoon of sugar. Flour mixed with spices, sugar and salt. Oil chop with flour in the crumb.
