Easy cake with zucchini and cheese

Ingredients

  • Butter — 125 g
  • Eggs (yolk) — 1 pc
  • Wheat flour — 1 stack.
  • Salt
  • Zucchini (or young zucchini) — 2-3 pc
  • low-fat cottage cheese (natural) — 3/4 stack.
  • Cheese (grated) — 1 stack.

    Knead the shortcrust pastry: mix the soft butter with egg yolk, then add a handful of flour and knead the dough. It should be flexible and rather bold, so do not abuse the flour. Hide in the fridge for half an hour.
