  • Baking powder
  • Eggs — 3 pcs
  • Cherry (separated from the bones) — 2 stack.
  • Cottage cheese (low-fat) — 0.5 stack.

  • Description

    Cherries wash, remove seeds, trying to keep the berries intact. Knead the dough: Beat eggs with sugar, stir low fat cottage cheese, gradually add flour with baking powder, continuing to knead the dough, which should have a uniform and sufficiently liquid.

    The deep baking dish greased with oil, add the cherries on the bottom, pour the dough and place in preheated oven. When the dough rises and browns, check the readiness with a toothpick. Remove from the oven, cool and serve with a scoop of raspberry or cherry ice cream.
