Honey cake

Ingredients

  • Eggs — 2 pcs
  • Sugar — 1 stack.
  • Butter — 100 g
  • Honey — 3 tbsp.
  • Soda — 2 tsp.
  • Wheat flour — 3.5 stack.

  • Milk condensed — 1 jar
  • Butter — 300 g

    2 eggs mixed with a glass of sugar. In a small saucepan on the fire to dissolve 100 grams of butter. Add the eggs with sugar and 3 tablespoons of honey. Put in a water bath. Add 2 teaspoons of baking soda (without top!). Once the water comes to a boil, cook for 5 minutes. Add 1.5 cups of flour, stir with a fork or electric mixer, keep the water bath for 7-10 minutes.

    On the table to pour 2 cups of the flour slide. Pour honey on the mound of flour weight. Grate the dough (be careful not to burn your hands). Dough will tight as clay. The easiest way to handle it, until the dough is cold. Do not waste your time! Divide the dough into 5-6 equal parts.
