Clafoutis with figs in wine syrup

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour — 75 g

  • Milk — 150 ml
  • Cream — 50 ml

  • Red wine — 300ml
  • Sugar — 100 g
  • Figs (ripe) — 8-10 pieces

    First, it is necessary to cook the dough on the same technology as for pancakes or pancakes. Stir well to avoid lumps, and send in the refrigerator for an hour or two.     How to cook the syrup
